Wittenberg University graduate discusses her first cross-country Bicycle Adventure
Libby Bauman got involved with The Fuller Center for Housing as a volunteer on building projects during her days at Springfield, Ohio’s Wittenberg University — a prolific partner for years in this ministry’s work. This past year, she experienced the ministry in a different, challenging way — by joining the Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure’s 4,000-mile cross-country fundraising and awareness ride from Seattle to D.C. In a story penned by Mallory Moss for Wittenberg, Bauman talks about her preparation, the challenges she faced, raising $4,000 for our work and why she appreciates the overall ministry and community that is The Fuller Center for Housing. While the link below reports that Libby’s first spring break trip with The Fuller Center was to Alabama, it was actually to another A-location — to Albany, Georgia. to work with our Fuller Center covenant partner there.
