IN THE NEWS: TV coverage of 2013 Veterans Build dedications

(KTAL) On Saturday, the keys to four new Fuller Center homes in Shreveport were handed over to former homeless veterans Cliff Malone, Larry Linear, Miguel Guigni and William Hardy. The homes are located in the Stoner Hill neighborhood on Martha Street. The homes were built by nearly 500 volunteers, including the new homeowners themselves. Ground was broken for the project on March 9, and since then more than 4,900 volunteer hours were spent building the homes. For the complete KTAL report and video, click here.
