The Global Builders Program Manager holds a key leadership role in working with about 14 international partners to organize Global Builders teams, which are short-term volunteer groups that immerse into a location and help build homes. Operations Director responsible for managing all aspects of hurricane rebuilding mission including supervising staff, finances, family partnership, rebuilding program, and partnership relations (executive director role). Strong leadership skills required as well as disaster operations experience.

Construction Supervisor experienced with leading teams in a Christian mission environment. Very comfortable training and leading volunteers in repair/rebuild of storm-damaged homes. New construction experience valuable as recovery matures.

Disaster Case Manager responsible for vetting of clients and management of partnership relationship with individual and family while home is being rebuilt. Experienced individual desired but training is available.
