Housing/Food: Your host will help identify affordable lodging accommodations (cost in addition to registration fee) and suggest meal arrangements. One option is a deeply discounted motel which provides complimentary breakfast. Several lunches may be provided by local residents. Lodging options include:

About Ginger Ford Northshore Fuller Center: A very active Fuller Center for Housing with a ReUse Store and Thrift Shops on premises. Hammond is home to Southeastern Louisiana University (15,000 students strong) and Kliebert’s Alligator and Turtle Farm featured on the History Channel’s “Swamp People.” We are 30 minutes from Cajun Pride Swamp Tourse and one hour from The New Orleans French Quarter – home to Mardi Gras World, the National World War II Museum, streetcars, beignets, and incredible food and music. LSU-Baton rouge is less than an hour away. This region is known for great Southern Hospitality and this covenant partner is a top return destination for many of our groups.

About this location: This is a scenie area with world famous biking on the Hiawatha Trail and the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes, and mountain biking is available from the top of Silver Mountain’s gondola. Water sports on the Coeur d’Alene River and Lake Coeur d’Alene (40 miles away).

Housing/Food: Lodging will be at a large church on cots with shower facilities and large a large recreational facility. Indoor basketball courts, racquetball, and workout rooms are part of the recreational facilities at the church. Tallahassee Fuller Center will provide a continental breakfast each day, along with lunch at the work site and 2 dinners during the week. We do not have a kitchen facility but many wonderful and reasonable dining establishments close by for any dinners that may not be covered.

About Tallahassee Fuller Center: Tallahassee Fuller Center was organized in 2008 and its primary focus is on Fuller Center’s critical repair program (Greater Blessings). A typical work week as a group would be doing multiple critical repair projects. We are home to Florida State University and within 35 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Many community activities from college football/baseball and to fishing in the Gulf.
