ABOUT US

We are a countywide organization dedicated to providing safe and affordable housing to those who need it in our community. As we are able, we will build new homes, as well as continue to be engaged in the following activities: rehabbing homes, remodeling homes, and refurbishing trailers. We are strategically involved with our local city government and county government to accomplish our goals. Furthermore, we have a sound and effective working relationship with the County Beyond Homeless Shelter (our women’s homeless shelter) to provide affordable shelter for folks who successfully complete their program. In conjunction with such, we have three long-term relationships with said churches in the county, and are actively increasing said relationships day-by-day!

NEEDS

We are constantly in need of donations and volunteers. This volunteer need is often exacerbated by the fact that we often have 2-3 projects going-on at the same time. We are encouraged by our Church Relationships Committee work as it relates to developing solid partnerships with other churches in the community. As this area continues to be developed, it will positively impact our ability to increase our number of volunteers.
