ABOUT US

FCHMC is an all-volunteer organization committed to improving housing and providing affordable homes in Madison County, Georgia. Organized in 1998 under a different non-profit housing program, we have constructed 11 homes and completed many “age in place” related repairs over the years. We welcome folks to join us in preparing for our next venture– a 12 home subdivision on land we own in Comer, Ga.
