The Fuller Center works in communities where it is invited — in rural and urban communities of all sizes. We are willing to work in any place where people need safe, simple, affordable housing and have requested our help. We believe that the most appropriate and effective solutions come when communities create locally-led and locally-driven projects. We call them Covenant Partners because our relationship principles are codified in a simple 2-page covenant agreement.
