IN THE NEWS: Waxahachie Fuller Center fulfills promise to woman who died

(Waxahachie Daily Light) The Fuller Center for Housing of Waxahachie, Texas, made a promise to Donna Waters that she would be first on their list for a home repair project. Though Ms. Waters became ill and died shortly thereafter, The Fuller Center of Waxahachie completed the project this Saturday in memory of Ms. Waters, whose daughter will live in the home and repay the costs of the work.
