IN THE NEWS: Mercer coach giddy as team leaves to work in Ghana

(Macon Telegraph) When you see the intensity with which Mercer women’s basketball coach Susie Gardner prowls the sidelines at the Bears’ games, you probably wouldn’t associate the word "giddy" with her. But that’s exactly how she describes herself in this article from Saturday’s Macon Telegraph.
