IN THE NEWS: Fuller papers now available for research at University of Georgia

(University of Georgia) The Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library at the University of Georgia has now opened the Millard and Linda Fuller papers and Fuller Center for Housing records for public viewing and research. A team from the university’s library system came to Americus in February to work with Linda Fuller Degelmann and The Fuller Center in building a collection to be housed at the library. Because Millard Fuller was such a prolific writer and Linda is a detailed archivist, the team left with boxes upon boxes — and months of organizing ahead of the them. But they are now open for research from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, you can call the library at 706-542-7123.
