IN THE NEWS: Bicycle Adventurer Nicole Bies' Summer of a Lifetime

(Inside UIndy) A University of Indianapolis magazine has a profile of occupational therapy student Nicole Bies’ "Summer of a Lifetime," in which she rode with The Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure from Savannah, Georgia, to Vancouver, B.C., this past summer. During the ride, she raised money to help a family in Sierra Leone — a country she had visited a year earlier. Not only did she raise enough money to build a Fuller Center home in Sierra Leone, she also learned a lot about herself. "I doubted, cried, screamed, laughed, smiled and found joy in every single day of riding," she says in the story. Click here to read the inspirational article.
