Idaho Falls Post-Register: Bicycle Adventure pedals through challenging area with purpose
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — The Post-Register has a great report from our cross-country Bicycle Adventure after the group made a scenic but strenuous ride from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, to Idaho Falls. They were greeted by host First Presbyterian Church’s Roger Mayes, a member of the church’s mission committee and an avid cyclist himself who shared his words of wisdom about challenging roads ahead for the group. Journalist John Roark also quotes riders Tony Drake (pictured), Randi Topps, Mike Schuck and Neil Mullikin about their mission, challenges and what it takes to fuel their journey as they burn thousands of calories per day on their ride from Amelia Island, Florida, to Florence, Oregon.
