Hallmark Channel sponsoring three Millard Fuller Legacy Build homes for tornado victims

The Hallmark Channel has announced a $150,000 donation to sponsor three homes during the 2019 Millard Fuller Legacy Build, when 10 homes are scheduled to be built during the Sept. 29-Oct. 4 blitz build. That will bring the total of new Fuller Center for Housing homes in tornado-ravaged Beauregard, Alabama, to 15 since the March 3 twister that destroyed many homes and took the lives of 23 people.

In a press release, Michelle Vicary, Crown Media Family Networks’ Executive Vice President, Programming & Publicity, stated: “Hallmark Drama is humbled by the opportunity to participate in building three of 15 new homes for families devastated earlier this year by EF-4 tornadoes in Beauregard, Alabama.” “As with everything at Hallmark, our mission is about emotional connections and life’s special moments, and we are honored to be in Beauregard to help residents as part of Hallmark Drama’s first, and evergreen, original series, ‘Christmas Project Joy.’”
