Students’ Building with Purpose project boosts Greater New York City’s efforts

Greenwich Country Day School encourages its students to utilize a three-week Intercession — a three-week, hands-on exploration of an important topic — to not only enhance their learning but also to make a difference in the world. Fourteen students were able to do just that as they took their exploration of the topic of restoring and building affordable housing to new heights by volunteering with The Fuller Center for Housing of Greater New York City.
