Housing/Food: Your host will help identify affordable lodging accommodations (cost in addition to registration fee) and suggest meal arrangements.  One option is a deeply discounted motel which provides complimentary breakfast. Several lunches may be provided by local residents.

About Ginger Ford Northshore Fuller Center: A very active Fuller Center for Housing with a ReUse Store and Thrift Shops on premises.  Hammond is home to Southeastern Louisiana University (15,000 students strong) and Kliebert’s Alligator and Turtle Farm featured on the History Channel’s “Swamp People.”  We are 30 minutes from Cajun Pride Swamp Tourse and one hour from The New Orleans French Quarter – home to Mardi Gras World, the National World War II Museum, streetcars, beignets, and incredible food and music.
