Fuller Center of Utah County helps save immigrant family from homelessness

PROVO, Utah — The Estrada family was desperate when they turned to The Fuller Center for Housing of Utah County for help. They faced losing their home because of the many repairs it required to keep up with community requirements, but because Susana Estrada had to stay home to take care of four of their five children with special needs, they did not have the funds on hand to get the jobs done. And though their children are U.S. citizens, Susana and her husband merely have work visas as they keep working to get U.S. citizenship. As non-citizens, they did not qualify for most assistance programs. KSL News has the story of how The Fuller Center of Utah County stepped in to help.
