Four Montana teachers spend part of summer break building homes in Madagascar

LEWISTON, Montana — Teachers spend their careers helping build a better world. Four teachers from Lewistown, Montana, took that mission quite literally this summer.

The educators traveled halfway around the world to Madagascar as part of a Fuller Center Global Builders team, working alongside local families to help build safe, decent homes.

The Lewistown News-Argus recently featured the teachers and their experience, including what inspired them to make the journey, the work they accomplished and the connections they made along the way.
