ABOUT US

Our service area is the area in and around Fort Smith, AR, including Sebastian, Crawford, Logan, and Franklin counties in Arkansas and Sequoyah and Le Flore counties in Oklahoma. We are currently planning a small subdivision for seniors in Mulberry, AR. We are interested in (1) Fuller’s Greater Blessing Program as well as (2) the Backyard Cottages initiative and (3) Limited Equity Cooperatives using Community Land Trusts. We are also expecting to assist the Haiti affiliate since one of our principals has a long history of work in Haiti.

NEEDS

We value (1) ideas, (2) innovative approaches to all aspects of affordable housing for the various demographics, (2) solid case histories of successful projects, and (3) contacts.
