Disaster ReBuilders help family of 6 now living in camper behind North Carolina home
The Fuller Center Disaster ReBuilders are busy in both Texas and North Carolina helping families recover from devastating hurricanes. This week, WNCT-9 and WCTI-12 both caught up with the Disaster ReBuilders and volunteers from Belmont, Mass., who are working to restore a flood-damaged home in Havelock, North Carolina. The home belongs to a family of six, including a U.S. Marine facing a medical discharge. The entire family is living in a camper in the backyard of the home during reconstruction.
