Day Off, Spartanburg, S.C. – New homeowner VIDEO

Today the riders took advantage of the heaven-sent day of rest. We spent the morning enjoying a dynamic sermon by Jim Carter at Arcadia United Methodist Church here in Spartanburg. Then we feasted on the food provided by church members. All our meals this lovely weekend Sharon McFalls of the local Spartanburg Fuller Center orchestrated–down to the last plate of brownies and bowl of ‘nana puddin’ (the kind with meringue on top)!

Anyhow, not much to catch you up on, so instead we’re releasing a never-before-seen homeowner story VIDEO from our last build day in Hampton, Va. Enjoy below.

But first! A big FCBA Oyee welcome to new Segment 5 (Spartanburg, S.C. to Americus, Ga.) rider Steve Carillo. You can see in the photo, his family drove down from their home in Atlanta, Ga. to drop him off.

VIDEO! We helped Gayle Landon clean up her yard. You can read more about it on the blog from the Build Day we spent in Hampton here.

We'd love to hear your comments!
