Blakey-Early County Fuller Center for Housing is located in the southwest corner of the State of Georgia and will be serving Early County. Early County covers 516 square miles and consists of Blakely, Arlington, Damascus, Cedar Springs, and Jakin. Blakely-Early County Fuller Center’s focus will be new home housing. With 25% of the population living below the poverty rate, housing is a real concern. A portion of families in the area live in government housing (Housing Projects) and rental units. For this segment of the community conventional housing mortgages are unobtainable.
