Aaron's donates appliances for Millard Fuller Legacy Build

The 2011 Millard Fuller Legacy Build has received yet another generous gift from Aaron’s Inc. The Atlanta-based company is donating refrigerators and stoves for the eight new houses being built Oct. 17-21 in Minden, La.

The company’s recent involvement with The Fuller Center for Housing also includes a recent donation of furniture to the Fire Station No. 9 renovation project conducted by the Greater Atlanta covenant partner on June 18.

Aaron’s – the nation’s leader in the sales and lease ownership and specialty retailing of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances and accessories – has more than 1,800 company-operated and franchised stores in 48 states and Canada.

The Webster Parish Fuller Center, headquartered in Springhill, La., will be host to hundreds of volunteers who will work for the week on eight new homes and eight rehabilitation projects at this year’s Legacy Build. The 5.6-acre work site will become a new subdivision called Legacy Acres in honor of Fuller Center founder Millard Fuller. Learn more by clicking here!
