A great end to a great summer!

Here’s a video blog recapping the great events that happened this summer, filmed from the final Bike Adventure build in New Orleans by our own Kelli Yoder. The scraping sound you hear in the background is the non-stop stirring of butter and flower in a deep cast iron pot to create a roux for the etouffe we enjoyed later in the evening.  This whole weekend was pure Louisiana!
