About this covenant partner: The Fuller Center of Albany was founded in 2016 and mainly performs repairs and rehabs of owner occupied homes. This partner is located in the 4th poorest congressional district in the nation.

About Louisville: Attractions include the Muhammad Ali Museum, Louisville Slugger Museum, Speed Museum, Churchill Downs, a beautiful waterfront with a phenomenal walking bridge and more. We will work with the local convention and visitors bureau to provide options and transportation for visiting local attractions and/or recreational facilities.

About FCH Macon: Located in the central part of the state, the needs are great for helping families maintain and upkeep their homes. The covenant partner works in the backyard of historic Mercer University, which has had multiple student teams work with The Fuller Center at home and abroad. About Webster Parish: A loving, Christian environment on the work-site and in the community with excellent work-site leadership.  Depending on the season there are a number of attractions including lakes, hiking trails, and festivals. Shreveport – Bossier City is 30 miles away, and there’s an alligator farm 40 miles away. We specialize in hospitality….hospitality…hospitality! And we provide excellent work experiences.
 

 
Chattahoochee Valley Fuller Center Project

About Chattahoochee Valley: The Fuller Center office and Habitat main offices are 90 min away, Auburn University and hiking in Roosevelt State Park are 20 miles away and kayaking on Chattahoochee River is just 1 mile away!


 
Silver Valley (Idaho) Fuller Center

Location: Silver Valley, Idaho

Cost: $100-$160 per person
When: Spring & Summer

About this location: This is a scenie area with world famous biking on the Hiawatha Trail and the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes, and mountain biking is available from the top of Silver Mountain’s gondola. Water sports on the Coeur d’Alene River and Lake Coeur d’Alene (40 miles away).

About Kansas City: Teams will be working on a universal design house or Greater Blessing projects. Kansas City, MO has many attractions to offer and time will be incorporated for teams to see and experience the community!
 

 
Fuller Center of Northwest Louisiana (Shreveport)

Special deal for RV Builders: There are 5 RV sites available at the Louisiana State Fair grounds about 10 minutes away from the worksite for $10/night.  RV Builders will not be required to pay the registration fee, and the following will be provided:

– Lunch provided only when other groups are staying at the volunteer center
– Water and Electric hookups
– Dump Station
 
About Northwest Louisiana: On the surface there are a lot of obvious reasons people are drawn to northwest Louisiana. From the wonderful array of festivals, the mouth -watering local cuisine, fantastic shopping and numerous outdoor activities, to the museums and attractions – this area has all the necessary ingredients for a memorable getaway.
   

 

Ginger Ford Northshore Fuller Center for Housing

Location: Hammond, LA
Cost: $115 per person (plus an additional fee for housing)

Housing/Food: Your host will help identify affordable lodging accommodations (cost in addition to registration fee) and suggest meal arrangements.  One option is a deeply discounted motel which provides complimentary breakfast. Several lunches may be provided by local residents.  

About Ginger Ford Northshore Fuller Center:
A very active Fuller Center for Housing with a ReUse Store and Thrift Shops on premises.  Hammond is home to Southeastern Louisiana University (15,000 students strong) and Kliebert’s Alligator and Turtle Farm featured on the History Channel’s “Swamp People.”  We are 30 minutes from Cajun Pride Swamp Tourse and one hour from The New Orleans French Quarter – home to Mardi Gras World, the National World War II Museum, streetcars, beignets, and incredible food and music. LSU-Baton rouge is less than an hour away. This region is known for great Southern Hospitality and this covenant partner is a top return destination for many of our groups.

 


 

Tallahassee Fuller Center for Housing

Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Cost:  $125.00 per person
When: Spring, Summer, and Fall
Work week: Monday-Friday
Open for: Colleges and churches
Eligible group size:  5-12
Age restrictions:  18+

Community activities

Housing/Food: Lodging will be at a large church on cots with shower facilities and large a large recreational facility. Indoor basketball courts, racquetball, and workout rooms are part of the recreational facilities at the church. Tallahassee Fuller Center will provide a continental breakfast each day, along with lunch at the work site and 2 dinners during the week. We do not have a kitchen facility but many wonderful and reasonable dining establishments close by for any dinners that may not be covered.

About Tallahassee Fuller Center:
 Tallahassee Fuller Center was organized in 2008 and its primary focus is on Fuller Center’s critical repair program (Greater Blessings). A typical work week as a group would be doing multiple critical repair projects. We are home to Florida State University and within 35 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Many community activities from college football/baseball and to fishing in the Gulf.
