Judah, we salute you for your grand accomplishments and for all that your family has done in this community of Sisters. It was personally very rewarding for me to have helped build your house (and now 26 others here). And I'm equally proud of my wife who co-founded the Habitat Thrift store here. We wish you a long and successful career ahead, serving others as we know you've already done!

Congratulations Judah! What a great personification of the understanding that when a child has a safe, decent home environment, they can go on to achieve great things. You are a success story for Habitats everywhere. God Bless you in all that you choose to do in life.

Judah, what a wonderful testament to the power of "love in the mortar joints". I'm sure you will be an inspiration and encouragement to many in the years to come. May God bless you and your family in your life's work. Kathy Ferguson Holland Landing, ON. Canada.

Judah, what an inspiration you are to millions of Fuller Center and Habitat homeowners and their families. God has richly blessed you and it is wonderful that you have chosen one of the "helping professions" where you have been and will continue to share your gifts and talents with others.

Congratulations, Judah! I attended the dedication of your Habitat house and have sent your Mom and Dad slides that I made that day that included all you who were then little kids. It is truly gratifying to see how both you and your sisters have fulfilled the dream of all us who support Habitat, to see the next generation carry on the mission of helping those in need. God bless you for all that you are doing, Judah, and for inspiring others. Best wishes in your new career! In Christian Partnership, Les Alford

There is not a day go by that I am not reminded of my best friend, and how many sacrifices he made for humanity. This one of a kind individual, was given the ability to love humanity unselfishly, and he fought for the under dog, for oppress people, for the poor people of this world, and he died doing what he loved, helping people.
Jesus was the one who started this transforming ministry, and it is continuing to transform people. I was reading the gospel of Luke, 17:15 where Jesus was speaking of the ten leopards which were clean of their disease, and only one return to said thanks.
When I look at the life of Millard Fuller, I am reminded of this leopard who was healed, recognize it, and returned to Glorify God, to say thanks. I am also reminded of Millard when I read what Jesus said in the Gospel Of Matthews, 13:45:46 again the Kingdom of Heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls; who when he has found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it. This is a fitting description of Millard in his conversion, divesting himself of all his worldly good, that he might become wealthy in the kingdom of God Almighty.
Millard helped change the world, and this powerful Ministry he left with us, will continue to change the world, If each one of us would through our actions of love for our fellow man, would love our neighbor as ourselves. Many wonder why I am so loyal to Millard, and my answer to your question is this, I am loyal to Jesus, and the works Millard did exemplified the works of Jesus. Paul instructed his followers to follow him as he follow Jesus, so did Millard. The poor, and helpless people on earth, need us to help them.
Shalom, Jacob Battle Sr. (Fuller Center Board Member)
