(Peoria Journal Star) U.S. Army veteran Oscar Henning got emotional Thursday as he spoke of his gratitude after cyclists with the Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure stopped in Peoria, Illinois, during their 4,000-mile ride across the nation to work with the Illinois Valley Fuller Center for Housing.
