Clark County Fuller Center has more avenues to address housing issues in Ohio

Kermit Rowe, the new Executive Director of the Clark County Fuller Center for Housing in Springfield, Ohio, talked to the Springfield News-Sun this week about how switching from affiliation with Habitat for Humanity to The Fuller Center for Housing has opened up new options for helping people to have simple, decent places to live. Specifically, the group is focused now on refurbishing existing homes rather than just building new homes.
